Here are a few good web hosts that you can use if you are making a new site.

Pokemon Fan
Yes, a host in the Pokemon Community, there are a lot, but this is the one I use. I absolutely love this host! This is the host I use, and it is VERY easy. Most hosts within the Pokemon communityonly have access to FTP, this one both has FTP, AND a Control Panel! The control panel is so easy to use! Easier than Free Webs once you get used to it!

Free Webs
This is a very good hosting site for beginners. It is what I used when I first started. It has both a system where you can pick a template, and design a site with no knowledge what-so-ever of HTML. That is great for beginners. It also has a HTML editor, which is what I use. It includes 40 MB of space, which is a really good amount for beginners, and a pretty good amount of Bandwidth. Overall, Free Webs is great, but I only really recommend it to beginners.

Yola (A.K.A. SynthaSite)
Personally, I don't like Yola, but a lot of people do. It has a template thing (I dont feel like explaining it again XD) like Free Webs, but in my opinion, its not as good. I'm not sure if it has a HTML editor, but it might... XD

Javascript is awesome! Here's some sites where you can get some Javascript! However, don't put too much Javascript on your website. It makes your pages load much, much slower. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

A great site for Javascript. It has tons of it!
