.:. Red/ Blue/ Yellow .:.

.:. Back-Story .:.

Red and blue were the first Pokemon games ever released in North America. Right after these games came out, that was the peak of the Pokemon craze. These games are for the Game Boy. After these games got popular, the anime came out, along with the TCG. Back then, everyone liked Pokemon! It's not like this period in time where most people who like Pokemon don't even tell other people! A few years later, a game called Pokemon Yellow was released. It was almost the same game, but you could get a Pikachu as your starter! Also, the Pikachu could follow you around! This was awesome because you felt just like Ash Ketchum from the anime!

.:. In-Game Story .:.

You start the game standing in your room in the middle of the floor. You walk down stairs, and your mother talks to you. She tells you that Prof. Oak wants to see you. You walk outside, and over to Prof. Oak's lab. He is nowhere to be found. You talk to your rival, and he says he hasn't seen him either. He is nowhere in town, so you decide to go on your journey without a Pokemon. Just before you walk into the tall grass where Pokemon hide, Prof. Oak stops you, and leads you back to his lab. There, you get to pick one of three Pokemon, Charmander, Bulbasaur or Squirtle. After you pick, your rival picks whichever Pokemon that is super-effective to yours. Before you leave the lab, you battle your rival. You can either win or lose it doesn't matter in this battle. For the rest, you will have to play the game!
